Refund policy for purchased top-ups
In addition to any rights to a refund that you might have by law, you can request a refund of your top-ups purchase if:
- The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
- No part of the listening time was consumed
To request a refund, contact us.

When a refund is processed, the top-ups will be removed from the account.
